Chamomilla(Matricaria recutita) or German chamomile is one of over a half dozen species of chamomile including the other commonly used species Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) or English garden chamomile.
Although Chamomilla's primary use is to help relieve anxiety and insomnia, it has been used for a variety of other conditions.
Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) is a traditional medicinal herb used since the first century AD as an anti-inflammatoryr.
