HOLIDAYS ARE GREAT BUT...
SOMETIMES THEY CAN BE STRESSFUL
HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS FROM PAICIFICHEALTH.COM

PATHOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Hopefully we'll all be able to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation with friends and family over the holidays. Although its allot of fun, when its all over it sometimes feels more like we'd just competed in the Triathalon than taken a restful Holiday.

TREATMENT

We'd like to offer a few Holiday Health suggestions.
Take a few items along with you during the Holiday vacation.

First and foremost are digestive aids.

A good digestive enzyme.
Get one that contains Betaine HCl if you are going to eat allot of protein.

Immune boosting supplements.
Products that will keep your immune system strong
even under the stress of holidays.

Here are some suggestions.
Oregano Oil 3 drops once a day.
Glandular Thymus Products (the thymus gland produces immune system cellular defenders)
Other immune boosting herbal products in liquid or powdered capsules such as Reishi, Shitake, Mytake or Cordyceps. These products are historically known to help strengthen the immune system and boost NKC activity (Natural Killer Cell) activity in the immune system. The Arnold Schwartzeneger of immune cells.

A good Vitamin B complex. The B vitamins are the body's number one source for nervous system balancing and metabolic stress relief. They are picked up and used helpfully in many of the bodies metabolic reactions.

Finally, if you have an organ or system that you know is your weak area then take along some products that will help your weak systems stay strong.

Such as:

Herbs that help the lungs if you have lung weakness. i. e. Mullein, Hops, Wild Cherry Bark, or herbal combinations for lung maintenance and clearing.
|Or; Herbs that help the Liver such as Milk Thistle, Dandelion root, Artichoke leaves or combo's. Or; Herbs and supplements that help the heart such as Hawthorne Berry or CO Q10.

And of course try and find a polite way to refuse Grandma's insistence that you have another piece of pie or cake or brownies or muffins or desert.

If you do end up sick remember to take some time to heal yourself afterward the holidays and perhaps start the new year with a mild liver and intestinal detoxification and of course exercise.

 All the Best,
DrB
