Hopefully we'll all be able to enjoy a few days
of rest and relaxation with friends and family
over the holidays. Although its allot of fun,
when its all over it sometimes feels more like
we'd just competed in the Triathalon than taken a
restful Holiday. |

We'd like to offer a few Holiday Health suggestions. First and foremost are digestive aids. A
good digestive enzyme. Immune boosting supplements. Here are some suggestions. A good Vitamin B complex. The B vitamins are the body's number one source for nervous system balancing and metabolic stress relief. They are picked up and used helpfully in many of the bodies metabolic reactions. Finally, if you have an organ or system that you know is your weak area then take along some products that will help your weak systems stay strong. Such as: Herbs that help the lungs if you have lung weakness. i. e. Mullein, Hops, Wild Cherry Bark, or herbal combinations for lung maintenance and clearing. And of course try and find a polite way to refuse Grandma's insistence that you have another piece of pie or cake or brownies or muffins or desert. If you do end up sick remember to take some time to heal yourself afterward the holidays and perhaps start the new year with a mild liver and intestinal detoxification and of course exercise. All the Best, |
