| Basic Preventive 5 180 Tablet Health Function: 3, twice daily Our most widely recommended formula. Our Basic Preventive Base Formula plus copper. Based on the latest research, we?ve adapted this formula to meet the needs of many adults who have enough dietary iron, but wish to supplement with a fullspectrum of other minerals including copper.
